Pet friendly policy

1. We adore pets and warmly invite you to enjoy our pet-friendly facilities.

2. Kindly ensure your pet is registered for ownership, vaccinated against rabies, and does not belong to aggressive or dangerous breeds, except for guide/working dogs.

3. Please cherish the well-being of your pet and ensure it does not cause harm to others or fellow pets. When bringing your furry friend, please using a pet stroller, backpack, crate, or carrying it by hand when entering the exhibition area, otherwise, entry will not be permitted. Pets must be leashed while on the ground in all other areas. Unfortunately, extra-large dogs taller than 40cm cannot access the exhibition area and lounge F4.

4. Let's maintain cleanliness and tidiness in our shared space for the comfort of all. Please refrain from allowing pets to climb on chairs and tables. If needed, feel free to ask for a blanket, and kindly clean up any mess promptly. If there is damage that cannot be cleaned by yourself, we will charge an additional cleaning fee according to relevant regulations.

We kindly ask you to follow the guidance of our venue staff. Should these rules be disregarded, staff reserve the right to restrict pets from entering indoor areas.
