At the helm is Mandy, a renowned Sichuan chef with over a decade of culinary experience spanning China and beyond. From Chengdu to Macau, Mandy's journey has been fueled by endless creativity. She and her team carefully select local ingredients to craft dishes that are both sophisticated and approachable, using innovative techniques and combinations. Each plate reflects Mandy’s unique inspiration, offering visitors an exceptional culinary experience.
