#6: Gestures

You often see these laying figures, which somehow resemble the idea of death. There's the standing up figures which are more like totems. And then very often, I have these images of two people are holding each other, which you can see here and there, for instance, the two girls with the banana leaf, but also the two boys here on the beach, kind of holding each other. I always think that this is kind of that these themes are things that are already present in me.
